Susan was an important part of our Hunter Middle School family.  She was an excellent teacher and always full of laughter. She wanted her students to do well and have a love for languages as she did.  She loved her children and grandchildren very much.  She would just light up when she spoke of them. Hunter Middle's loss is Heaven's gain.  Descanse en paz.

Our family has been very blessed to know Mrs. Campbell. All 3 of our daughters learned/were currently learning Spanish with her.  A gift of communication that will continue thought their lifetimes.  Earth's loss is definitely Heaven's gain....knowing she is with The Lord, her husband, her son.....the greatest possible peace!

Mrs. Campbell was a terrific teacher for me as a student at Central High School. She made a lasting impression on the students that were lucky enough to have her as their teacher.  Her contributions to Central High School continue to make a difference in the lives of students with the Campbell family scholarships.   We have been blessed by her.

Susan has been my friend since childhood and a classmate and so special to so many. Thanking God for the years we have had her. Prayers for all the family that God may grant you peace. Love to you all.

Susan will always be remembered as a true Trion Alumni that contributed in so many ways.

Mrs Campbell was one of my favorite teachers at Chattanooga Central 1969-72.  I remember when she was pregnant with her first son. My deepest sympathy too get family. She will be missed.

Susan was a beautiful person - inside and out!! We were born 9 days apart & our friendship was a cherished blessing!! The Little's house was my second home growing up in Trion.Her faith was an inspiration to all who knew Susan! Lots of love to all the family - her love will be with you forever!!

I am so sorry to hear of Susan's passing. I grew up across the street from her and we spent many hours playing together as children.  I am sure she will be greatly missed.
