I just heard of Winkie's passing today. She was so a wonderful lady and always very kind to me. I will always be thankful for the relationship with the Brannon family both business and personal. God bless you all.

To Winkie's family, Heaven has gained a much loved and respected new member.  It is a loss to all of us who knew her, but we know she is reunited with those she loved so. I have never known a more loving and caring person than her, and have so many sweet memories of that beautiful smile.
May God comfort you at this time, and the great memories you have made over the years with her, sustain you.

Winkie, You are a true inspiration, You are the epitome of the Southern Steel Magnolia: "a woman who is tough, strong, yet sweet and feminine. She has the toughness and strength of steel when it comes to family, hard times, and sad times. However, she has the loving tenderness and inner beauty that shines through."  Your smile and spirit, along with Kimberly's, will always shine through.

The Brannon Family are all incredibly nice people and Winkie was an awesome lady. So sweet to everyone. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.

I will so miss your warm easy smile. You fought a good fight, now it's time to rest and be with the loved ones who have been waiting to greet you.

Many fond memories of you, Winkie. Thankful for your kind friendship during my eight years in Chattanooga. The community there will miss you sorely. Prayers being said for the Brannon family.

Even though Winkie and I did not see each other very much after high school, I will always remember the fun times we shared, the sleep overs at my home, and arranging your meeting Eddie.  I am so glad that I saw her and Eddie at our class reunion.  My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this time.  My heart is sad that I will be unable to attend the service.  Winkie was a beautiful person inside and out.

Dear sweet Brannon family, We have known you all for a very long time, and so many sweet memories,of when you Eddie and Winkie were a very young couple in my Husbands Sunday School Class  and Training Union and I taught your children later, at Hixson First Baptist.. A beautiful family..who loved the Lord.Winkie will be missed because of her smiles, loving personality a very dear sweet friend, she was precious..May God Bless you in the days ahead with so many memories of her. Eddie, Angie, Greg, all other family.........Winkie probably had no idea how very much I admired and respected her, and she would never admit to being the incredibly positive leader she was in women's tennis in Chattanooga.  She made every new RC member feel welcome. Her spark, her competitive spirit, her laugh, her warmth, and her friendship were a gift to everyone she knew and will be sorely missed.  My prayers, sympathy and heart go out to all of you. May she rest in peace and may you smile at the memories of such a wonderful woman.  God bless you all, Vicki Petzko
