Albert Shervin Cooper Jr.

After graduating from High School in North Wales, Pa., he joined the Marine Corps. During his time in service, he married his HS sweetheart, Catherine Dora Cole. Once his service commitment was completed, he returned to North Wales where he proudly served as Asst Chief of the North Penn Volunteer Fire Dept. He remained a proud Marine and lifetime member of the Fire Department until his passing. He was infinitely proud of his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Albert is preceded in death by his wife Catherine Dora Cooper; parents Albert Jr. and Ethel Mae Cooper and daughter Dode Fawn Cooper. He is survived by his children Albert Cooper III and wife Patricia; and Bradford Shane Cooper; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tunnel To Towers Foundation in his name.

A graveside service for Albert will be held Monday, March 24, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
