He was born on February 11, 1948 in Houston, TX to Alfred Garcia, SR and Natividad Lamas Garcia. He was employed with Southern Pacific Railroad as an electrician for years and retired from the railroad in 2018.
Alfred is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Lois Garcia. He leaves his children, Eric Garcia, Angela Yvette Garcia-Soria and husband Francisco Soria, Natelie Garcia, as well as 6 grandchildren, Eric James, Joshua, Marissa, Gabrielle, Angelina and Zoe.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Wake Service at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023 on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. A funeral service will occur Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, Tx 77023.
