Alvin ‘Tuny’ Theodore Froehlich, Jr. born March 26, 1931, entered eternal life on August 24, 2014. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Nora Lee (Griffin) Klander Froehlich; daughters Sharon Klander, Sandy (Klander) Ladner and husband Calvin, and son Alan Froehlich; grandchildren Stuart Ladner and wife Dana, Caroline Ladner, and Ashlee (Froehlich) Kelly and husband Houston. Preceded in death by parents Alvin and Johanna (Rudel) Froehlich; brother Harold Froehlich; sisters Opal Scott, Gladys Kahanek, and Thelma Janke. Also survived by brother Gilbert Froehlich and wife Bobbie; sisters Josephine Lem, Alva Nelson, and Shirley Milton; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation with the family at Heights Funeral Home from 5pm to 8pm on Wednesday, August 27, 2014. Funeral service at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 10 am. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Memorial Fund or Good Samaritan Lutheran Home.
