

Ann Marie Davison Adamcik, 76, was surrounded by family when she peacefully went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2018. Ann Marie, (as she was affectionately known), lost her long difficult battle with cancer. Ann Marie was preceded in death by her son, Wayne Albert Adamcik. Ann Marie is survived by her husband of 56 years, Albert J. Adamcik, daughter Kathleen Ann Adamcik Sileck, son in law Daniel L. Sileck, sister Eileen Davison Landry, brother Phillip Davison, and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
A faithful Catholic her entire life, Ann Marie attended St. Peter the Apostle and Incarnate Word Academy in Houston, Texas and the University of St. Thomas. After schooling, Ann worked at IBM as a key punch operator, a career she truly enjoyed and would speak fondly of her entire lifetime.
Ann Marie married the love of her life, Albert J. Adamcik, on December 24, 1961. They had two children, Kathleen Ann in 1973, and Wayne Albert in 1975, which Ann Marie truly treasured and loved. Ann Marie and Al lived in various places such as California and Virginia, and loved to explore and travel. Their travels included our National Parks, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, and Trinidad and Tobago. Ann Marie had a fun-loving personality, adventurous spirit and caring nature. She loved and cared for those around her deeply. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
