So many memories of Tia. Such a loving heart ❤️. Also thinking of others never turning her back on anyone. She always came to bring my mom treats and would always come and take my mom myself and tia Dora to Lubys to eat once a week faithfully but one time really stuck in my memory was when a metro bus driver almost ran us off the road and Tia never budge she stayed in her lane she was so calm I screamed and all tia said was it’s ok he will be in trouble not us. I had to laugh cause I was the only one who screamed not tia my mom or tia Dora like it was nothing to them. LOL. Those are-were some tough GARCIA women 👍💯🙏❤️ Love you tia. I will miss you dearly 🥰

Tia gore touched all of us in some way in our lives . One thought that comes to me is when I was 15 she followed me to the DPS so I could get my motorcycle license the officer road with her and followed me and each honk of the horn would tell me when to turn , I passed with flying colors , she was always taking care of other peoples needs and I truly know in my heart that she is in heaven with grandma and her brothers and sisters watching us , she will always be in my heart , amen

Tia was always such a big part of our life. Decades of great memories with her - so many movies at the Yale Theater, the livestock rodeo parade downtown, countless trips to Galveston and eating watermelon on the beach, sleep overs on Raymond street (I remember sharing my twin bed with her), going downtown to see the Foleys Winter Wonderland Christmas displays. She never had a negative opinion or bad attitude toward anyone. I wish I had one ounce of her goodness in me. She will be missed so much. Will alwasy be in our hearts.

As a young girl, we would go visit grandpa and grandma on Sunday afternoons. Tia Gore would take us to get ice cream. That was a treat for us. She was someone who gave of herself. She never complained about caring for our grandparents. When our dad died, Tia Gore would check on our mom( Alberta). I am blessed to have her for my aunt. She is now in the arms of our Lord.
