

Lucille was born to Thomas Jefferson Robberson and Willie Catherine Robberson on March 12, 1927, in Seminole, Oklahoma. She graduated from Milby High School in 1944. She married Willie Lee Caldwell, Jr. in 1948, and they lived together in Houston, Texas. Together they raised 5 children.
She is survived by Kaye Busiek (daughter; husband - Jack), Will Caldwell (son; wife - DeAnn), Connie Winters (daughter), and Craig Caldwell (son). She also leaves to cherish her memory Byron Long (grandson; wife - Maria), Harris Winters (grandson; wife - Hailey), Kirby Winters (granddaughter), Dillon Winters (grandson), JoAnn Grantham (sister), Ora Mae Robberson (sister-in-law), and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by Dwight Caldwell (son), Louise Bunting (sister), Davie Robberson (brother), and Donald Robberson (brother).
Lucille worked selling fabric and sewing machines for Cloth World for several years. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
A funeral is scheduled for May 24, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at South Main Baptist Church Pasadena. Dr. Ron Lyles will officiate the ceremony. A graveside service is scheduled for May 25, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
