

Belinda Kaye Mangram was born April 7th, 1971 in Dallas, Texas to David Mangram Sr. and Johnnie Mangram. Belinda Kaye was the youngest of four children born to this union; one proceeded her in death. Belinda Kaye attended Sherwood Elementary School, Westchester Junior High and Stratford High School in Houston, Texas. She played volleyball, basketball and ran track during her school years. She was also an honor student and participated in several school activities when her athletics allowed her to. Belinda Kaye attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. She later transferred to Walden University where she graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice, (Cum Laude) and Masters of Arts in Criminal Justice. She married on June 25th, 1990 to, Emil Lionel Williams Sr. in Lubbock, Texas. To that union two children were born, a son, Emil Lionel Williams Jr. (Jayne) and Alexia Mariah Williams. Belinda was employed with the Federal Bureau of Prisons as a Correctional Office for four years. She ended her career in Criminal Justice with the Department of Homeland Security as a Federal Air Marshall where she was employed for 13 years. In June 2016, B&E Reality was founded with her son Emil Williams Jr. Belinda was proceeded in death by her father David Wayne Mangram Sr. and brother, David Jr. Belinda leaves to cherish her memories, her son Emil (Jayne), her daughter and Alexia. Her grandchildren, Alaina and Emil III. And host of cousins, family and friends.
