Bobby was a graduate of the University of Houston and was a member of the Alumni Association. He served his country in U.S. Army and enjoyed long career as a pharmacist.
Preceded in death by his loving wife of 45 years, Shirley and his son, Terry. Survived by his children, Blaine Brooks and wife, Leigh Ann; Blake Brooks, Janell Haugen and husband, Mike, Jodi Kyle and husband, Troy, Larry Faldet and wife Carol; daughter-in-law, Wendy Faldet; grandchildren, Harrison and Madeline Brooks, Brad and Sarah Haugen, Erik Faldet, Lauren Campbell, Sydney and Case Kyle, Cooper Faldet; brothers, Roy and Joe Bill Brooks.
Visitation with the family was held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Waltrip Funeral Directors. Services were 3:30 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016 in the Waltrip Chapel, Rev. Mark Koch, officiated. Interment followed in Woodlawn Garden of Memories.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family which in turn will be provided to the University of Houston School of Pharmacy.
