

Bonnie was born in Osbourne, Kansas on Friday, December 21, 1923 to Jasper and Agnes Tillman. She grew up in Kansas, graduating from University of Colorado in 1945. Bonnie moved to Houston in the early 50's, where she worked as a teacher with the Spring Branch ISD and raised her two children.
Bonnie loved to travel and, after retiring from teaching, traveled throughout the world, making friends wherever she went. Bonnie loved the outdoors, with scuba diving being one of her many hobbies.
Bonnie also enjoyed volunteering, spending several years at various hospitals and community centers as a volunteer.
Bonnie is predeceased by her daughter, Dorceen Dunn; her husbands, Herschel F. Dunn, Jr. and Joseph "Floyd" Keys and by her sisters, Aileen and Mary Rose.
She is survived by her son, Terry Dunn and wife Nancy; granddaughters Lauren Dunn and Lacey Dunn, and a niece, Dorinda Xydis.
Bonnie loved her family and many friends. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of "University Place" Nursing Facility, for their care and kindness in the last months of Bonnie's life.
Observing Bonnie's wishes, there will be no memorial service.
In lieu of customary remembrances, contributions may be made to the ASPCA.
