Brenda Kay Mince

Brenda is survived by her siblings, James E. Mince, Naomi Hill and Husband Barry, Rebekah Mahon and husband George, her nieces and nephews, Sammy Lee Mince and wife Jennifer and children Ashlee and Nathan Lee, Shelby Marie and her husband Richard and children Jacob, Michael, and Megan, Tika Pecora and husband Steven and children Blake and Ethan, Tina Rodgers, BJ Hill and wife Chanda and children Trip and Rylie, Hailey Ripple and husband Darren, Ryche Parker and wife Taylor and child Bonnie Rae, Brittany Parker, and many other cousins, great, and great-great nieces and nephews as well as the staff at Gulf Pointe Plaza, especially Kim Brooks who was her favorite nurse.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Ernestine E. Mince and James E. Mince, sister in law Brenda Lee Mince, and numerous other aunts and uncles.

Her favorite hobbies included coloring and sharing her art, watching Judge Judy and General Hospital, playing bingo and was especially known for singing off key, and as loud as she could! She would then go on to graduate from The Center for MHMR.

Brenda will be dearly missed by her numerous friends and family.

A note from Kim, “Please know that I would definitely travel for my sweet Brenda Kay. I can honestly say Naomi that it was my utmost pleasure to have known her. She doesn’t even know that she taught me so much. She showed me what a person who has absolutely no hate in them looks like; she taught me that you can live the life you are dealt to the fullest; but most of all, she taught me it’s okay to love your patients like family. I did. I loved her so much and my heart is truly broken. She was so very lucky to have you as her sister Naomi. She knew she was loved. So, the pleasure was all mine sweetie. I promise.”

A graveside service for Brenda will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Klein Memorial Park, 32599 State Highway 249, Pinehurst, TX 77362.
