Brian Keith Sweeney

Brian was born to Michael H. Sweeney and Rita Tippitt Sweeney, June 21, 1972, in Houston, Texas. He graduated from South Houston High School, where he played on the High School Baseball team, and was a member of the band. He continued his education where he received a Bachelor Degree in Business from the University of Houston Clear Lake in 2007.

Brian is survived by: Parents Michael H. & Rita Sweeney, Brother Michael W. Sweeney and wife Deborah. He also leaves to cherish his memory Aunts Sandra Crawford, and Diane Hill, Uncles Douglas Tippitt, and Neil Sweeney, along with numerous cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Neil & Willie Dee Sweeney, maternal grandparents Oris & Gertrude Tippitt, Aunt Karen McLaggan, Aunt Maureen Sweeney, Aunt Sandra Sweeney, cousin Chad Crawford

After college he worked various jobs before starting a career as a communications technician for AT&T for the last 7 years.

He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He played softball for many years, making lifelong friends along the way. He cheered the Astros on, along with tailgating at U of H Football games. Brian truly loved hunting and fishing, where his memories started at a young age going with his Dad.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home in the Grand Chapel with the Recitation of the Rosary at 3:00 pm.

A Chapel service will be held Monday, February 14, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home in the Grand Chapel with a graveside following at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
