Carl Edward Young

GOD blessed the late Hattie and Albert Young with a baby boy named Carl Edward Young on April 1, 1952. Carl attended public schools in Houston, Texas and was a graduate of B. C. Elmore High School. He accepted CHRIST and was baptized at an early age at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor A. A. McCardell, Sr. He continued to serve under Pastor C. L. Jackson and Pastor Sheldon L. Jackson. Carl was a Christian who really loved the LORD. He was a dedicated employee for many years at Proler Steele and M. D. Anderson Hospital until he became ill. On December 15, 2013 early in the morning, he entered into an eternal rest. Those that went before him await his arrival on the other side are his parents, three brothers, Albert, Jr., Darrel and Floyd; one stepbrother, Ben Arthur; three sisters, Nettie, Gloria Jean and Niesa; Stepfather, Bradley Breashers; Stepmother, Amanda Young; and cousin, Isaiah Carl Green. He leaves to cherish her sweet memories; three sisters, Kim (Wayne), Alberta, and Joyce (Dennis); two stepsisters, Sandra and Brenda Breashers; one brother, Charles Young; one special cousin, Robert, Green, Jr., along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
