She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years, Charles Leslie Martini Jr. and her father, James Houston Bartlett.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Edlina Bartlett; children, Cynthia Martini-Kreckman (Lon), Cassandra Swanson (Steve) and Charles J. Martini (Jessica); six grandchildren; twin sister, Cheryl Thornell and sister Pat Pettus.
Carol enjoyed her home and gardens, spending hours making sure everything was just right. She and her husband worked together raising their children while running the family business, Martini Hardware and enjoyed traveling the country in their RV. They spent many years in bowling leagues throughout the Houston area and traveled often for Les's champion skeet shooting tournaments. She enjoyed trips to Louisiana and Las Vegas so that she could play the slots. She was an animal lover and had many different types of pets, including her beloved Chihuahua, Cocoa.
