Clyde Randall DuBose was born in Houston, Texas on January 31, 1953, to Elton and Joanne DuBose. He graduated from Pineland High School in 1972. Clyde married Nancy Behrens on April 24, 1982, and brought with her two sons, Curtis Barnes and Casey Barnes; together they had a son, Cade DuBose, on June 17, 1984.
Clyde retired from AT&T in 2010. He and Nancy relocated East Texas and lived there until his death on May 21, 2025.
Clyde is preceded in death by his parents; his brother Eddie DuBose and his son, Cade DuBose. He leaves behind a sister, Lenora DuBose; his wife of 48 years Nancy; sons Curtis (Trish) and Casey; grandchildren Cade, Dylan, Tristan, Ellora and Ellisa.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate this wonderful man’s life at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 31st at Waltrip Funeral Directors, 1415 Campbell Road in Houston, where funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m., led by Mr. Hal Stuckey.
Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Cade Barnes, Dylan Barnes, Tristan Hernandez, Mark Griffith, Tommy Holmsley and Greg Fleming.
