Danny Paul Weisinger

Danny Paul Weisinger passed away on April 6, 2015. He was born in Houston, TX to Sylvester Horace and Lillian Marie Krouse Weisinger along with his sisters, Sandy Elaine Moore and Brenda Gail Smith. Danny grew up in Houston and graduated from M.B. Smiley High School in 1964 and then proudly served his country in the US Army from 1966 – 1968. Danny worked at Oil Center Tool, Houston Lighting & Power and retired from CenterPoint after a 36 year career. They moved to Granit Shoals, Texas in the Hill Country to be on the lake where he loved to fish. Danny’s sister Sandy introduced him to his future wife, Sandra and they were happily married for 45 years, 7 months. They had children, Johnny Wayne Weisinger and Tanya Leigh Morken. Danny is preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul (Papa) Weisinger & Annie, Arthur Krouse & Bertha, parents Sylvester and Marie Weisinger and his son, Johnny. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Weisinger; daughter, Tanya & husband Jim; granddaughters, Emily & Emma; sister, Sandy Moore & husband Richard and Brenda Smith; also a large family of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 – 8 pm at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral Service will at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
