

Dorothy Ardolino, December 24, 1922 – July 6, 2012, a resident of Spring, TX. Dorothy passed away peacefully during the early evening. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Manual Training High School and Browne’s Business College. Throughout her life Dorothy worked in the areas of retail, childcare, as an administrative assistant and a homemaker along with the role she considered most important, Mother.
Dorothy was one of two children born to Ellis and Marie Babcock and was preceded in death by her brother Edward. She was the wife of Robert Stoltz of New Jersey for over 16 years, until his death in 1957. In 1967 she married Artie Ardolino, they were together until his death in 2006.
Dorothy will forever be in the hearts of her devoted children Patricia and husband Paul Baumgarten, Carol and husband Michael Ruocco, Barbara and husband Tommy McMahon, Nancy and husband George Wieland (Deceased), Richard Stoltz and wife Kelly, along with step children Richard Ardolino and wife Bridgette, Joanne Ardolino (Deceased), Robert Ardolino and wife Mary. She was the loving Grandmother to 19 Grandchildren and 11 treasured Great Grandchildren, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her. Dorothy loved being with her family, her dogs, watching her favorite game shows and laughing.
In her 89 years Dorothy touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity, and maintained her trademark “everything is ok” attitude all the way to the end.
