Edmundo Moreno

He graduated from Reagan High School in 1954 where he was a boxer and played basketball. He worked for a family owned produce company and then for Farmer’s Market Produce. Lastly he worked at Schoneman Produce Company for many years and retired from there around 2016.

He was preceded in death by parents: Nancy and Vegilio Rosado and Frank and Olivia Moreno SR., brothers: Eugene Rosado, Joe Moreno, Victor Moreno; son: Michael Steven Moreno; and nephew: State Representative -Joe Ernest Moreno.

He is survived by wife: Maria Moreno; Sister: Ernestine (Tina) Rosado; brother: Frank Moreno Jr. (Wife- Alice); children: Elizabeth Espinoza (Husband-Jesse), Mary Alice Hoffpauir (Husband-Glenn), Debra Garcia (Husband-Mario), Tina Clevenger (Husband-Duane), Sylvia Jimenez, Rosie and John Sylva, David Jimenez, Lydia and Mario Ramirez, 31 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Many other family members and a host of friends and loved ones.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 29, 2021 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM in the Colonial Chapel at Forest Park Lawndale 6900 Lawndale Avenue Houston, TX 77023.
