You, sweet Mother, were a truly tenacious Texas woman!  So gentle, intelligent, empathetic, and wise – but so feisty!   Your love of flowers allowed you to share God's love with so many that admired your yard.  You were cheerful and willing to share, and share you did.  God made it all grow, but you were His instrument.  Thank you, Mother, for also being a Proverbs 31:30-31 woman.   Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.  Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her own works praise her in the gates

My wonderul Aunt Lea will be missed greatly by brothers and I, along with her many other nephews & niece, Darold, Kevin, Sherry, Will(Bubba), Mary Jo, Terry, Dena and Cindy. We all visited her house on many occasions and always had great fun when we were growing up...especially the park behind her house. My older brother, Darold and I had many sleepovers at her house and it was always fun, as well as the fishing trips with Grandma. (except for my occasional up-chucking on the deep-sea trips!) My wife, Brenda, only knew her for a few years, but realized what a special woman she was to all of us. We all love and will miss you dearly. Aunt Lea is now fishing with my mom in Heaven! (I only hope she can convince Mom into going saltwater fishing) We miss you greatly already.

Please know that you are in my prayers.  How wonderful to know that your precious "Little Bit" is in the arms of her Lord and enjoying her heavenly home. Dear family, I am so sorry that Lea is not with you here anymore but I do know that when she took her last breath on earth she then took her first breath in heaven. Please accept  our condolences . You are in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Tami and Michael DuMoulin and family.

  My little sister, Lea, was small in physical body, but very large in spirit and stature.  She was really something else.  We had many, many, wonderful and joyful times together.  My two oldest sons, Darold and Ronnie, also had lots of enjoyable moments (hours) with Aunt Lea and Granny, going fishing, picnicking, 'howling' (trick or treating at Halloween -per Ronnie), etc.  When my Mom was not available for any reason, Lea was my second Mom.
  Lea, I love you very much and I cannot express how to even tell you how much you are and will be missed!  Many huggs.
