George Silas Bradford, Jr., age 67, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013. Born in Caldwell, Idaho, he loved fishing and boating, and was a hard worker. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Jones. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Era M. Bradford; sons, James Jones and wife Norma, and George S. Bradford, Jr.; grandchildren, Hanna Jones, Jonathan Bradford, James Jones, Jr., Michael Anthony Bradford, Anthony Jones, Thomas Darrell Bradford, Nicholas Lloyd Jones, Nathan Wayne Jones, Matthew Griswold, and Morgan Griswold; several nieces and nephews, and other relatives. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be 2:30 p.m., Monday, December 30, 2013 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will be 4:00 p.m. the same day at Brookside Memorial Park, 13401 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas.
