Greg A. Parker, age 66, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017. He was born in Tampa, Florida and raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Sam Houston High School and then from University of Houston with a Civil Engineering Degree. He owned and operated Greg A. Parker P.E. Consulting Engineer, Inc. for 26 years. He was preceded in death by his father, George Parker and brother-in-law, Richard Willgus, Jr. Survived by his wife of 43 years, Mary Parker; mother, Maxine Harris: sons, Will A. Parker and wife Jenn and Drs. Jason A. Parker and wife Ashley; grandchildren, Mason A. Parker, Annalise Parker and Lincoln A. Parker sisters, Barbara McAnally and husband Richard and June White and husband Paul; sister-in-law, Mary Willgus; brother-in-law, David Willgus; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, April 17, 2017 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at St. Matthew the Evangelist Catholic Church, 9915 Hollister Dr., Houston, Texas 77040. Rite of Committal will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
