He was reared in Cullman County, Alabama by his adopted parents William R & Nelly Darnell. World War II Veteran, he served in the Army Air Corp. as a T/Sgt on a B24 bomber. He is preceded in death by his Birth Parents, Cleveland B. & Lou Moss and foster parents, William R & Nelly Darnell; Siblings, Willy, Clyde & Gwen Moss & Euleta Moore.
He is survived by nephews, Kenneth Moore & Ronald Moore; nieces, Delene Shed, Kay Price, Rebecca Elliot, Natasha Kelley; family friends, Connie Horn, Melba McGuirt, Deanna Johnson, Tiffany Largey & Amber McGuirt. Visitation will be 5-7pm on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Forest Park Lawndale. Funeral Service will be 2om on Monday, January 7, 2013 followed by burial in the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
