James Edgar Love of Houston, Texas passed away June 29, 2016. He was born in Terrell, Texas to Oscar and Lissie Love on November 12, 1929. James was a veteran of the US Air Force. He worked many years at Bank of the Southwest, Harris County Toll Road Authority, and Specialties Company. James enjoyed spending time in Galveston on the Bay at Sea Isle. He also enjoyed trips to Las Vegas and Louisiana to the casinos, playing electronic Keno. James was predeceased by his twin brother, George and older brothers Ray, Jack, Bill, Mack, and R.C., and his sisters Anne Leamon and Louise Baxter. He is survived by his brother Tommy and many nieces and nephews. James was a kind, loving man with a great sense of humor. He had a smile for everyone he met. The family would like to add a special thanks to the great people at Encore Caregivers and especially Wanda Johnson for their special care of James in the last few years.
