Jesse Rene Medina

Jesse Medina was born to Jesse C. Medina and Patricia Esparza on June 12, 1981 in Houston, Texas. He married Jordan Guevara in 2018 and they lived together in Channelview, Texas. Together they raised one child.

He is survived by son, Jesse Rene Medina Jr. and stepchildren, Evie Rojas, Isiah Rojas. He also leaves to cherish his memory, parents, Pat and Roland Torres; sisters, Annalissa Derrett and her husband Alan, Jessica Esparza and brother, John Medina; Nieces, Mariah Bucio, Virginia Montelongo, Gabriella Montelongo, Addison Derrett, Iris Gutierrez and Victoria Medina; nephews, Mathew Esparza, Joshua Medina, Jase Derrett and Jayden Hoff. He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse C. Medina; uncle, Rick Medina and grandfather, Jesse Medina.

Jesse worked as an amazing tattoo artist for years. He enjoyed drawing and listening to screw. He was also actively involved in being the best father he could.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 27, 2021 from 5-9 PM with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Monday, June 28, 2021 at 12 PM. A committal service will occur Monday, June 28, 2021 from 1:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
