What kind of child... personally hand delivered his diaper to a trash man? A silly, carefree, and happy-go-lucky one.

What kind of brother... despite all of the trouble they both got into and the funny fights they had during their youth, loved and cared for his little brother no matter what?

What kind of colleague... kept his head down, worked hard, diligently, and effectively? Joel's commitment to learning was evident in every task he undertook, which earned him the respect and admiration of his peers and family. Even if it may have taken him awhile to learn and complete the task, no one could argue with his handiwork.

What kind of man... married a woman with five children, and took care of those children as if they were his own? Joel's love knew no bounds, as he embraced his role as a husband and stepfather with unwavering dedication and tenderness.

What kind of father... nurtured and guided his children with such wisdom, patience, and understanding? Joel's children were his pride and joy and he valued every moment spent with them. No matter what we did, it was filled with endless entertainment and plenty of laughter. He was proud of everyone and only wanted them to succeed to the best of their abilities.

In each role he assumed, Joel exemplified the qualities of kindness, strength, and selflessness. His legacy of love and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Though he may no longer be with us in body, his spirit will forever be remembered and cherished. May he rest in eternal peace."

RE: A Love Letter

To the love of my life,

I never knew my heart was capable of loving someone the way I love you. I never knew that a relationship could feel so safe and secure. I fall in love with you more every single day. I don’t know what I did to deserve you, but I can promise you that I am never ever letting you go.

Sleeping without you by my side is hard, but the time will come when we don’t have to be separated anymore. Until then, let’s meet in our dreams. Everyone has one special person in their life who can’t be replaced by anyone else. For me, that person is you.

The day you stepped into my life, you changed it into something so beautiful and meaningful. I may not be able to tell you this every day, but I just want you to know that you mean the world to me. I may not be the first person in your life, but I want to be the last person you ever loved; and the only one who make you feel loved to the core.
