John Charles Fischer III

John was born on October 30, 1953 in San Diego, California. He is preceded in death by his wife Phyllis Fischer and his daughter Barbara Ann Dawson. John is survived by his son Robert Dawson and his wife Melissa Dawson. John is also survived by his three brothers Mark Fischer, Steven Fischer, and Michael Fischer.

John enjoyed a long and successful career in automotive mechanical repair. His reputation at Star Motor Cars in Houston, Texas made him one of their most requested technicians. During his career at Star, he established many life-long friends and he will be missed by everyone who ever had the pleasure to know him.

A private graveside service will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
