Johnny is survived by his devoted wife, Hazel Harley Faltesek; sister, Karen Lawrith Cooley; sister and brother in law, Vickie and Michael M. Isham and numerous nieces and nephews.
Johnny was a devoted U.S. Marine that served in Vietnam. He was a faithful and committed member of Victory Temple Church of God in Houston, Texas.
Johnny was married to Karen Lynn Birch Faltesek who passed away November of 1988.
Johnny is preceded in death by his parents Johnny Faltesek Sr. and Violet Darlene Mayfield Faltesek; brothers, Jerry and Joe Lee Faltesek; sister, Sandra Kay Turner and her husband, Robert; mother and father in law, Otha Mae Sullivan and Charles Melbourne Birch.
