She was born in Lomband, Illinois on December 3, 1939.
Judy Phillips graduated from Reagan High school. She married Melvin Kenneth Phillips on June 28, 1958.
Judy was a caring housewife, a loving mother, and she had a passion for sewing, painting, and quilting.
She is survived by her children Bobby Wayne Phillips and Nicky Wayne Phillips, her grandchildren Matthew Phillips, Brandon Phillips , Amanda Phillips, Jeremy Phillips, Gidian Phillips, Gigi Galloway, Missy Galloway, and Liam Galloway, and her siblings Donna Edmonds, Tommy Culler, and Merry Beadles.
A visitation for Judith will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060 with a the committal service to follow in the cemetery.
