Katherine Budschick Kramer died peacefully at home Thursday, March 21st. She was born January 1, 1917 in Paige, Texas to Gus and Selma Budschick. She is preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, Charles Kramer, four brothers, Gus, Matt, Mike and Henry, his wife, Bernice. She loved her church and so enjoyed the Christmas Carolers coming each year. She was an animal lover who got so much joy from caring for every stray cat that graced her front porch. She also loved growing things. She could take a small “cutting” from a plant and grow it into a majestic bush that is still there today. Katherine is survived by her niece, Pam Spires, great niece Melissa Comer and husband, Josh and great-great twin nieces Avery Paige and Addison Kate, both lovingly named after her and the family roots. A graveside service will be held in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery on March 25, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with long time Pastor Donald Black of Trinity Lutheran Church officiating.
