Kevin Foster Cox

Kevin Foster Cox was born on January 24, 1957 to Gervance & Gary Lolita Cox in Houston, Texas. He received his healing June 6, 2016 after a lengthy illness.He started his Christian journey with his parents at Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church and with his grandparents at Olivet Baptist Church and Sloan Memorial Methodist Church. Kevin was baptized into the Gethsemane family and attended church until recently.Kevin was educated through the Houston Independent School District school system & graduated from Phyllis Wheatley Senior High School, class of 1975. He was a member of the basketball team under the leadership of Coach Jackie Carr. His education continued at Prairie View A & M and Odessa Junior College.Kevin was employed as a Skycap for both Hobby & Intercontinental airports for many years. It wasn't a face that he did not know wherever he went. He will be missed by all who loved him: a devoted spouse (Stephanie), loving mother (Lolita), one aunt (Rhonda), Carl, Rodney, & Ashley; and 5 grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends will miss him too.
