Lilly Mae Gunner

Isaiah 40:31 Lilly Mae Gunner was born on January 8, 1946 in Rayne, Louisiana to the late Edith Joseph and Steven Robert Guidry Sr.   She attended Sacred Heart Catholic School. On February 10, 1966 she married Thomas Gunner Jr. Four children were born to this union: Thomas James Gunner, Deborah Marie Guidry, Rose Marie Gunner and Tommieretta Gunner.   Lilly was a loving housewife and stay at home mom. She enjoyed shopping with her daughters and cheering on her granddaughters at their basketball games. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.   Lilly was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one granddaughter.   She leaves to cherish her memories: husband, Thomas Gunner Jr.; one son Thomas James Gunner (Roxanne); three daughters, Deborah Guidry (Orenthal), Rose Marie Gunner and Tommieretta Gunner; one sister Ava Marie Baker; four brothers Anthony Guidry, George Guidry, Steven Guidry, Curtis Guidry and Tommy Guidry all of Port Arthur, Texas; eleven grandchildren, Keshia, Eric, Kadeem, Bryant, Candice, Jasmine, Thomas Jr., Kiera, Keyonna, Dandra and Osha Jr.; six great grandchildren, Elijah, Brennan, Jhamir, Bryonne, Javonah, Jakaylah and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
