Lora Lizzie Ash, 91, was born July 16, 1925 in Montgomery, Texas and passed away April 22, 2017 in Houston, Texas. She was a family oriented woman with a Christ like spirit. She was a sweet and selfless woman who enjoyed serving others.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Wills Henry Ash and her daughter, Elizabeth Ann Derrick. She is survived by her children, John Wayne Ash and wife Jewel, Barbara Gail Hoffpauir and husband Mick, William Joseph Ash and wife Celia, Vernon Louis Ash and wife Janell, David Glen Ash and wife Debbie and Robert Darrell Ash and wife Rita; 20 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; sister, Cora Fletcher; numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Earthman Resthaven at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2017 with interment to follow immediately at Rosewood Memorial Park in Humble, Texas.
