Lynn J. Walker, of Houston, Texas, passed away at the age of 73 on May 16, 2025. A devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Lynn was known for his warm heart, quick mind, and unwavering love for his family.
He is survived by his two children: Cara Lynn & Matthew Smith, and Jason Robert & Kristen Walker; five grandchildren: Jonathan, Devin, Ryan, Trenton, and Jensen; one great-grandchild, Jonathan Jr. He leaves a legacy of kindness, curiosity, and integrity.
Lynn was the longtime business owner of Shrimp Hut; and had a deep love of fishing, NASCAR, Chinese buffets, deep conversations, and thinking outside the box. He always had a smile for everyone around him—even on the tough days.
In honoring Lynn, we remember a man who lived fully, loved deeply, and always believed in finding a better way.
