Mr. B, we laid you to rest today.
Father Andy spoke beautiful words at your mass.
So many came—people who loved you, who valued your friendship, and cherished the strong bonds you built over the years.
They sang songs in church that moved me deeply.
At your wake, the people who spoke each shared the same message, each in their own way.
It didn’t surprise me—because you were the same kind, steady presence with everyone.

I’m going to miss you more than I can say.
Thank you for all the love you gave me, the joy you brought, the memories we made, the stories we told and lived together.
I am forever grateful—for everything you and Hilda did for me and for my family.

You were so much more than an uncle you were like a father to my Mr Grouch and a grandfather to our kids. The love, support, and kindness you gave us over the years will never be forgotten. I’ll always cherish your warm smile, your funny jokes, and all the gossip you shared in the most entertaining way. You made every visit to Houston feel like home, and it won’t be the same without you.

Tribute to my younger brother, Marco:
Gone too soon, you put up a good fight.  You were always there for me.  You were always there for everyone or anyone who needed help or something.  You were the most giving person I ever met. If someone needed something, my brother was the kind of person that would give you the shirt off his back without thinking twice.  It was nice going to your shop to visit and talk.  I am going to miss those visits and talks.  Part of me and my soul has died.  It saddens me too much and breaks my heart.  Part of me is gone and not here anymore.  All I have are memories left to me.  I wish I could roll back the time.
Now my brother you are free.  We will reunite again someday.

Marco was a great man, he had a genuine love for humans and animals. We lost a great human being on June 14th. He is gone but I will never forget some of the life lessons Marco shared with me. He was always diligent in his work and the way he treated people and animals is definitely praiseworthy. God put us here to leave a positive influence on the people and creatures around us, Marco did his job. I'm a better person because I was introduced to Marco Jaramillo. I will never forget him and we should celebrate his life as well as mourn his death. There will never be another Marco, every time I pass by a automotive collision center, I think about Marco, even when he was alive and well, that will only magnify in his passing. May God bless his family and friends for the rest of our lives. We are all better people for knowing this man. I miss his positive spirit already, just knowing he was out there helping humanity. The laughs and jokes we shared are unforgettable, the pure knowledge he gave me is beyond just words. I hope he's looking down at me smiling that I'm still carrying out our mission of helping animals on earth. Tell PeeWee and Major I said hello, I could go on and on because I will truly miss my friend, the great Marco Antonio Jaramillo. I hope to see you again one day my friend, a true angel to so many. My brother Marco was a very loud, full of life, hardworking, generous, devout catholic and a big hearted person that always, always was helping people.  It's like he woke up everyday full of life, love and shouted his thankfulness of being alive to the world, his family, co-workers and God.  We spoke almost daily but more so after learning of his illness during covid.  He would call in the evening time just to say, I'm checking in with you," or to give an update on our younger brother or whatever was going on in his life or his illness. He never took pity on himself and was determined to fight. He would say, "the drs said I would not make a year to live and look at me now, it has been over 5 years." I will miss you and our conversations more than you can imagine.  I pray I can get over this pain and feeling of emptiness. Rest in peace, brother. I love you.       Your sister, Monica
