Grandma, 

The love you had for me was unconditional and for that I am truly grateful. Our bond was like no other and that bond I will cherish forever. No words can describe how badly I miss you. I will forever hold on to all of our laughs we had together, the summers I spent with you, and all of your stories you would tell me about your life. You promised me you would be my guardian angel, so I know you’re looking over me and I have a protector for the rest of my life. I love you forever beautiful. 

My Grandma,

Your love for me and my daughter was unconditional and I love you fiercely for this.  Our protector always.  I loved our laughs and conversations about memories.  Your smile is always on my mind.  I know our family was full of frustrations but know that we all love you and each other.  Have peace knowing that.  I praise our Lord that you are finally at peace and with our loved ones.  I saw my brother hugging you tightly.  I know you both are so happy to see each other and have an eternity together.   I love you so much.  You’re forever in my heart.

She was always known to as "Little Grandma" because she was smaller in stature than my great-grandma Pacheco we called "Big Grandma." My grandma was always big in heart and persona, she was also for many of my cousins a goal in height at one time or another, we laugh about it now. I spent many of my summers spending the night with grandma sharing her bed and watching many of her classic movies on VHS tapes she collected. It was her love for the classics and soap operas that stayed with and gave me the same love. I memorized so many of them word for word and when I grew older she passed some of them to me, even though they are on now on DVD😂. It's those memories i share with my kids and I'm thankful they had their chance to do the same with her. My kids Daymion, Bella, and Emma had many sleepovers with her as well, sometimes individually for alone time with her and also for themselves, but many summer days too while I worked. She picked up my kids at school in their early years and would make it a habit to even pick up special treats for them here and there. She loved her great-grandkids like she loved her grandkids. She was always a shoulder to lean on and a listening ear. I tried to always be there and do the same for her because I love her so much.  Although it wasn't always perfect she never stopped loving me and I her. I'm glad she's at peace now and gets to be in Heaven with her mom, family members that passed before her, and especially for my brother John because I'm sure he's been waiting for some more time with her too. Little Grandma you will be missed, but I know it was time to share you.  We love you! Until we meet again, keep looking out for all of us and shining your light!❤
