Maria del Socorro Calles Gonzalez, 85, went to be with the Lord on June 1, 2011. She is survived by her children, Aida Chapa (Cayetano), Edith Naranjo (Robert), J. Martin Gonzalez (Melinda), Ana Maria Luna (Rafael), Edward C. Gonzalez (Maria N.), Rosalinda G. Luna (Ruben), Idalia Osborn (Joe); 24 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers, Rafael Calles and Julian O. Calles; sister, Olinda Calles; and numerous other loving relatives. Visitation from 2:00-8:00 p.m., with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2011 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2011 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 19222 Tomball Parkway, Houston, Texas 77070 with rite of committal to follow in the Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
