Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Everett Batson; son, Charles Wayne Batson; sister, Sallie Moles. She is survived by her children, Carol Ann Smith (Gary Tubbs), Charles Louis Batson, and daughter in-law, Lynné Batson; grandchildren, Kyle Smith (Sarah), Kevin Smith, Elizabeth Batson Tubbs (Nathaniel), Michelle Batson, and Luke Batson.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 5-8 PM at Heights Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held the following afternoon at 1:30 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow at Historic Hollywood Cemetery.
