Mildred Annett Martin

Mildred Annett Martin was born on May 1, 1932to Rev. C. C. McNealy, Sr. and Mrs. Hazel Hill McNealy in Bonham, Texas. Mildred was the baby daughter of nine children. Mildred dedicated her life to Christ at an early age. She attended Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas and played on the Lady Tigers basketball team. She was a sports enthusiast. Later, Mildred met William Alexander Martin and the two joined their lives together in marriage in July 1957. To this union, three daughters were born: Tonya Denise, Marilyn Annett, and Krissandra Lavonne Martin. On June 4, 2016, Mildred returned to the loving arms of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. C. C. McNealy, Sr. and Hazel McNealy; sisters, Mary Etta Quaite and Ruth Ann Tucker; and brothers, Rev. C. C. McNealy, Jr., Charles McNealy, and Jonathan McNealy, Sr. Mildred leaves, to cherish her memory: three daughters: Tonya Lonzie (Elbert, Jr.) of DeSoto, Texas, Marilyn Martin, and Krissandra ("Krissy") Martin, both of Houston, Texas; three brothers: Rev. T. R. McNealy (Evelyn), Rev. Jeff McNealy (Lida), and Rev. Timothy McNealy (Trish) of Dallas, Texas; two grandsons, Tyler Alexander and Kristopher Vaughne; and a host of other relatives and friends that will truly miss her earthly presence.
