Nina Johnson Alsup , 86, passed away peacefully on February 23, surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd K. Alsup, her parents, Ted and Ruby Johnson, and her sister, Mary Louise Gentry. She is survived by her children, Phyllis Delehanty and husband, Charles, Vickie Byrd, and Steve Alsup and wife, Gina. Her grandchlidren are Aaron Byrd and wife, Adrienne, Lisa Louper and husband, Brad, Stephen Alsup and Alaina Alsup. Her great grandchildren are Allison, Audrey, Andrew, and Amelia Byrd. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 26, from 5pm to 7pm at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Thursday, February 27, at 2pm at Forest Park Lawndale, with interment immediately following.
