Nora Anne Hicks, born March 11, 1949 passed away on July 26, 2010 at the age of 61. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed cooking and traveling the world. Nora is survived by her husband, Tom Hicks; children, Jason Roe, Catherine Woods and husband Justin, David Hicks and wife Lauren; grandchildren, Kieran, Lydia and Owen Woods, Kennedy Hicks, and David Rehyse. She is also survived by sisters, Margaret Parkhurst Sweeney, Maureen Devenger, Ellen Osborne, Katy Hatley; brother, Michael Parkhurst and a host of other loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, July 30, 2010 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society in her honor.
