Ola V. Harrell

Ola V. Harrell, 101, of McCall, Idaho passed away on March 22, 2016. She was born on July 11, 1914 to John and Ada Goodwin in Marlin, Texas. Ola was raised in Houston, Texas, and, as an adult, lived many years in Kerrville, Texas before retiring with her husband Frank in McCall, Idaho. During her life Ola enjoyed many things including gardening, walking and traveling with Frank. She was an avid reader and a true “People Person.” Most important to Ola during her life was her family with whom she truly enjoyed spending time. Ola is preceded in death by her parents, John and Ada, her brother, Alton Reynolds, her sister Ruby Foster, her twin sister Ollie Watson, and her beloved husband Frank H. Harrell. Left behind to cherish her memory are her son Gary Harrell, her granddaughters: Wendi Secrist & husband Brian and Mandi Harrell, as well as her great grandchildren: Tianna Harrell, An Secrist and Jeffery Secrist. Also left behind are her niece Ada Kollmann, nephews: Kenneth Watson & wife Marie, Ross Foster & wife Margie, Frank Foster, Billy Foster & wife Veva, Joel Harrell & wife Andrea, as well as numerous other extended family members. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 12pm to 1pm with funeral services commencing under the direction of Pastor Kenneth Watson promptly at 1pm. Interment will immediately follow. All services will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home and Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Wayne Zander, Len Polk and Jack Foster. Honorary Pallbearers will include Ross Foster, Frank Foster, Billy Foster and Joel Harrell.
