Rafael Morales

Rafael Morales was born on May 19th 1930 and lived to be 92 years coming to rest on July 4th 2022. He is survived by his many loving children; including Rafael, Yolanda, Ricardo, Patricia, Laura, Roberto, Blanca, Norma, Griselda, and Hector. He is also survived by his older sister Beatriz Solis.

He is preceded in death by his wife Celia Morales, whom he married in April of 1956 in Monterrey, Mexico. He is also preceded by his parents Rafael and Maria, as well as his brother and sisters Maurilio, Lila, Sofia and Irma.

In his free time he loved going on long walks and attending church on Sunday before his hip injury. He worked and retired from welding in the oil and gas service industry. He enjoyed family visiting him. He loved gazing at the moon and would even call us to tell us to look at the moon at the same time. He was best known for having an intact memory and telling us stories in detail of his past, of our homeland in Monterrey Mexico. He also had an incredible loyalty to his wife and children. His long life will be remembered by many and he will be missed.
