Robin fiercely loved her kids and her family. She was known for her independence, strength, and intelligence. School came easily to her—she never had to study, yet always earned excellent grades. Robin was popular, upbeat, and outgoing. She had a natural ability to connect with others and could strike up a conversation with anyone. She was sociable, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome and special. Robin had a zest for life, always seeking to have fun no matter where she was or who she was with. She embraced and accepted people for who they were, bringing joy to everyone around her. Her love for music and laughter, even at her own expense, was part of what made her so beloved.
Although life presented challenges, Robin always did the best she could with what she had. She was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
Robin is preceded in death by her older sister, Susan Badgett Smallwood.
She is survived by her three children, Kalyn Aguilera, Kody Burton, and Kaleb Burton; three granddaughters; her parents, Robert and Linda Badgett; and her younger brother, Robert Badgett Jr.
