I want say that Roscoe was a good man and even though we weren't family he was always like a grandfather to me helping me work on my car or if it was just him talking to me telling me his stories when he was younger I'm sorry I never got to say goodbye but I just hope you know I miss you grandpa and its not the same without you.

Happy Birthday Roscoe - Your first one in Heaven - I bet it is wonderful.

Even though it's been over 50 years since we last talked I still remember with fondness those days and nights we ran the streets of the Heights. Just two guys of a group trying o get in all the living we could. I do hope you succeeded in that.
