Roy A. Young, Jr., 76, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2012, after a year of battling cancer. He is survived by his wife, Roberta, and their children Karlton Young of Magnolia and Dr. Natalie Wright of Lewisburg, WV, and their families.
Roy was born in San Antonio, Tx, attended Texas Lutheran College, and lived most of his adult life in Spring Branch before moving to the Tomball area five years ago. He was employed by Spring Branch ISD Food Service at the time of his retirement in 1992.
Visitation with family will begin at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 25, followed by a brief memorial service at 2:00 PM, both at Waltrip Funeral Home in Houston.
