

Sandra D. Clark of League City, Tx passed away on Thursday, January 30,2025 at the age of 86. She was born on July 21,1938 in Houston, Tx. Sandra grew up in the East End of Houston near Lawndale on Alta Vista Street. She attended Briscoe Elementary School and graduated from Milby High School. As a child she attended Sunday School at Central Methodist Church. Her classmates included a little six-year-old boy named Roneil Clark who captured her heart forever. Her family later attended Parker Memorial Church where Sandra was involved in several youth groups. Sandra married Roneil at Milby Methodist Church on June 21,1955. They were married for 70 years and raised three children.
Sandra was a homemaker, hospital volunteer, and had a talent for making everything beautiful. She had much more than a green thumb, her talent for gardening was endless. She had a special love for her greenhouse full of Orchids. She enjoyed making stained glass pieces, decorating, playing the piano, and was an outstanding cook. Sandra was a creative, talented, artistic woman who brought beauty to everything and everyone. Sandra and Roneil traveled extensively throughout their life together. They enjoyed homes in Brenham, Tx and Santa Fe, NM a place Sandra loved. Sandra loved her horses especially her favorite, Sam as well as her sweet Border Collie, Molly. Her children and grandchildren have many fond memories of festive holidays with Granny and Papa.
Sandra and Roneil had a love for the ages. Their life was one filled with excitement, adventure, passion and steadfast love. She will be terribly missed by us all.
She is preceded in death by her Parents Robert & Olga Golden, Sister Judy Schramme and beloved son Terry (Buddy) Clark.
She is survived by her Husband Roneil T Clark, Daughter Sheryl Contreras and husband Genaro. Daughter Beth Clark. Grandchildren Jason Contreras, Ann Contreras, Ethan Umlang, Drew Umlang and Great granddaughter Carolina.
The family would like to thank all her wonderful caregivers at The Delaney at Southshore and Hospice team for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days.
