Sylvia May Bolinger

Sylvia May Mora Bolinger, Beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on August 12, 2012 in her home in Friendswood, Texas. Born in Texas City in 1933 Sylvia was raised in League City and graduated from St Agnes Catholic Academy in Houston. She was a very caring person who always put her family and friends first. Recently retired from her long time employement with Sakowitz Fur Salon, Sylvia was a member of the Mary Queen Catholic Church where she demonstrated her faith by always helping others. She is preceeded in death by her parents Gerald S. Mora and May W. Mora and brothers Gerald W. Mora and Robert P Mora. She is survived by her Great Aunt Mary Ann Hunt, Sisters, Shirley Mora Hodgson, Susan Mora Van Order, Brother, William Henry Mora, Children, Deborah Lee Fout, Donna Lynn Fraser, Ray Martin Bolinger Jr. and Laura Ann Thompson, 24 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The Rosary will be held at 7:30 PM on Friday, August 17th at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetary. The funeral service will be held at 10:00AM, Saturday, August 18th at Mary Queen Catholic Church, 606 Cedarwood Drive, Friendswood, TX 77546, immediately followed by burial at the Mora family plot at Forest Park Cemetery at 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
