Ms. Sylvia (Malveaux) Brown

She later relocated to Houston, TX after the death of her mother. She was born to Leroy and Ethel Malveaux on August 27, 1948.

She attended Our Mother of Mercy Catholic School and went on to graduate from Evan E. Worthing High School. She is a graduate of Texas Southern University.

She was a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ethel and Leroy Malveaux; 4 brothers, one sister; Harold Sr., Oren, Donald, Thomas Malveaux and Mary Alice Malveaux. Her nephew, Gregory Malveaux and her spouse, Turner Brown. She was raised by her beloved sister-in-law, Imelda Malveaux alongside her eight nephews, Harold Jr., Tarold, Reginald, Bartholomew, Richard, Gregory, Troy and Xavier Malveaux.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories, two children: a daughter Raquel Phillips Bonner and a son Raphael Brown. A son-in-law, Darryl Bonner & daughter-in-law Cecelia G. Brown. Along with 8 grandchildren, Shawn Knight Jr. Darrien, Diva and Dash Bonner, Destiny, Nia, Raphael Jr. And Juel Brown and one great grandchild,Kaya Ann-Renee Knight and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins

and loving friends and a devoted & loving spouse, Bobby Belt.
