

--It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Treva Maxine Snider, who departed this world on June 24, 2025, at the age of 84. She was born on October 1, 1940, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Maxwell Melton and Neva Pauline Antaramian, who preceded her in death along with her beloved son, Steven Clay Cooper, and her great-grandson, Nicholas James Brueckner.
Treva's family moved from Oklahoma to California where she started school at Garfield Elementary. She was a proud graduate of Selma High School, where she began to cultivate her many talents and passions.
Throughout her life, she embraced each day with enthusiasm and an open heart. She had a particular fondness for bowling, participating in league games for many years, where her competitive spirit shone brightly. Beyond the bowling lanes, Treva expressed her creativity through crafting, transforming everyday items into beautiful figurines and ornaments that brought joy to her family and friends.
Her love for sports, especially football, was evident in her unwavering support for her teams. A lifelong 49ers fan, Treva's loyalties shifted when the Manning brothers rose to prominence, and she never missed a game with Eli playing for the Giants. Her passion for the game was matched only by her devotion to her family.
Treva was a friend to all, always ready to share a laugh or lend a hand. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, engaging in whatever shenanigans they had planned. With her dog Sonny by her side, she filled her days with love and laughter, creating a warm and welcoming home.
Treva lived a vibrant life, raising five kids with a ton of heart. She was a blast to be around, always cracking jokes and sharing laughs with her close friends. Her warmth and humor left everyone with memories they'll always treasure.
She is survived by her son David Godfrey and his wife Sally; daughters Laura Zulim, Robin Chapman and her husband Ken, and Kimberly Snider; her sister Linda Martin and her husband David; her brother Charles Antaramian and his wife Lisa; her nephew Michael Antaramian; her niece Allison Antaramian; thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and her loyal companion Sonny, who loved her dearly.
Treva's memorial service will be held on August 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Mountain View Cemetery Odd Fellows Section 1411 Belmont Ave. Fresno CA 93728 Family and friends are invited to celebrate her remarkable life and the joyful memories she leaves behind.
As we say goodbye to Treva Maxine Snider, we remember a woman who filled our lives with unconditional love, laughter, and creativity. Her spirit will continue to inspire all those who knew her, and she will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
